Company History
P & S Hotels was founded in 2003 by Peter Patel, who moved to the United States from India in 2000 with a vision of achieving the American dream. Starting from humble beginnings in Southern Utah, Peter's determination and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for a company rooted in a passion for hospitality.

What began as a single property has grown into a thriving hotel management firm, now operating renowned brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, G6, and Choice Hotels. With assets across Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California, P & S Hotels continues to uphold its commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and community values, expanding its footprint throughout the Western United States.
Our First Hotel
P & S Hotels proudly began its journey in Southern Utah with the acquisition of the Comfort Inn Zion in Hurricane, Utah. This property, nestled near the scenic wonders of Zion National Park, served as our foundation in the hospitality industry. Today, it flies the Quality Inn flag, continuing to offer guests the same welcoming experience, with enhanced amenities and services. Our commitment to quality and comfort has remained strong since the very beginning, and this property holds a special place in our company's history.

Today, P & S Hotels has grown into a respected name in the hospitality industry, proudly managing over 30 locations across Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California. We have successfully captured the entire I-15 corridor in Utah, offering guests convenient stays along one of the state’s most vital transportation routes. As a trusted operator of top hotel brands like Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, G6, and Choice Hotels, we continue to provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
